Here we have a beautifully constructed accessory dwelling in the urban overlay of the Boise, Idaho foothills.  Scenic views of the Idaho State Capitol in the distance. 

 

This modern designed studio features fire retardant cedar and concrete siding and trim construction finished with Trapezoid high energy aluminum windows.  Interior features include a full kitchen, upper loft and walk-in shower with penny tile floor and walls.  Externally, we completed the concrete patio and stairs, in-ground pool and hot tub.

Start to finish, this project took BBC Idaho 4 months.
