This garage apartment construction project turned out exceeding well.  Our client wanted to utilize the previous backyard space to not only add a garage structure but to add an apartment rental space as well.

In maximizing this property space, we were able to do just that.  Completion of a two-car garage with storage and a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment above wrapped up in October 2017.  Upon entrance to the apartment, you are welcomed with a  spacious open floor plan of the custom kitchen, built-in dining area and warm living room.  The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, custom kitchen cabinets, marble kitchen counters finished with white subway tile splash surround.  The living room space is complete with a built-in gas fireplace unit and walk-out balcony.  The space flows nicely into the master bedroom suite fitted with a custom bathroom vanity, sink and tube tile surround.
